The Supreme Air Products™ Regular Ion Air Knife is a high-performance industrial solution designed to eliminate static electricity and remove surface contaminants in a single pass. By combining a powerful air curtain with a high-voltage ionizer bar, this static eliminator neutralizes charges that cause dust attraction and product “clinging” on conveyor lines.
The Regular Ion Air Knife is a versatile hybrid system that combines our Regular Air Knife with a powerful anti-static bar. It is designed to provide a uniform curtain of ionized air at a more accessible price point than our Supreme models.
It uses a Coanda-effect air blade to “carry” ions to the surface of your product. This dual-action approach not only neutralizes static but also provides the physical force necessary to blow off dust, hair, and debris. While it consumes slightly more compressed air than the Supreme model, it offers a robust “hard-hitting” force for heavy-duty cleaning.

Our Ionizing Bars and Power Supplies are UL Component Recognized to both U.S. and Canadian safety standards, providing peace of mind for global installations.
The Standard Ion Air Knife utilizes a 30:1 air amplification ratio, whereas the Supreme model offers 40:1. The Standard model is an excellent choice for applications where high-velocity air is required for heavy-duty debris removal alongside static elimination.
Like its Supreme counterpart, the Standard model can neutralize static up to 20 feet (6.1m) away. However, for the fastest cleaning and neutralizing, a distance of 6 to 12 inches is recommended.
