Installation Pro-Tip: Maintaining Your NEMA Rating

To ensure your enclosure remains fully protected:

  • Surface Alignment: Always mount the kit on a flat, clean surface of the cabinet. Any dents or heavy textures may prevent the gasket from creating a perfect seal.
  • Vertical Positioning: While the kit attaches to the side of the cabinet, the Cabinet Cooler itself must remain in a vertical position (pointing up) to allow the hot air exhaust to vent properly and prevent any backpressure issues.
