Installation & Optimized Usage

  • Surface Contact: For maximum stability, ensure the magnet is placed on a flat, clean, ferrous surface. Remove any heavy grease or thick scale to ensure the full 100-lb grip.
  • Large Air Knives: For Air Knives longer than 18 inches, we recommend using two magnetic mounts (one at each end) to prevent the knife from pivoting or vibrating during high-pressure operation.
  • Secure Locking: Once your angle is set, tighten the bracket bolts firmly. The magnetic base provides the anchor, while the bracket ensures the air stream remains “set-and-forget.”
