FAQs

Open tubes have no way to control air volume. Supreme Nozzles use a small amount of compressed air to “pull in” the surrounding air, amplifying the force while using much less “paid-for” air from your compressor.
Yes. Open pipes are one of the loudest things in a factory. Our nozzles are designed to produce a quiet, laminar flow, often reducing noise levels by 10 dBA or more.
No. They are engineered with safety slots so that if the nozzle is pressed against a surface (like skin), the air escapes through the sides, keeping the pressure below dangerous levels.
The 1/8″ is ideal for precision blow-off and small parts. The 1/4″ nozzle consumes more air but provides a much wider and more forceful blast for larger surface areas.
Absolutely. The high-volume airflow is excellent for drawing heat away from plastic or metal parts quickly and evenly.
No. They feature standard NPT threads and can be installed with a standard wrench onto your existing air lines or manifolds.
Yes. Our nozzles use standard 1/8″ and 1/4″ NPT threads, making them a direct, high-performance replacement for competitor nozzles.
Yes. We recommend using them with “Stay-Set” hoses so you can aim the air blast exactly where it’s needed without it moving during operation.
No. Unlike our ionizing products, these are purely pneumatic and only require a clean, dry compressed air supply.
