Installation & Optimization Tips

  • Secure Connections: Use heavy-duty T-bolt or worm-gear clamps to secure the hose to your Air Conveyor intake and discharge ports to prevent vacuum leaks.
  • The “Vertical” Rule: When conveying materials vertically, ensure the hose is supported by brackets every 3–4 feet to prevent the weight of the material from “kinking” the hose and stopping the flow.
